BostonYPA
was founded by
F. Anne Harrell in 2003 and is located in the
North End of Boston, MA.
The Boston Young Professionals Association is a community-based
organization which offers a great way for young professionals in
the Boston area to network, socialize and expand their
professional horizons. All of our members are between ages 21
and 40.
Basic membership is free.
With over 10,400 members and over 150 unique events per year,
BYPA is the first and only social and networking organization
for young professionals in
Boston. We host between 5 and 15
events per month and our events range from black tie balls to
down and dirty volunteer work. And although we are not
exclusively a singles group we do offer singles activities. We
offer a wide variety of events which will appeal to a wide range
of young professionals, whether your interests are networking,
learning something new, or finding new relationships -
friendship or otherwise.
If
you are new to
Boston or just looking to meet new friends or
professional contacts,
BYPA events are a great place to meet
people. You will not feel out of place if you come alone - most
people do! Our events include small, intimate special-interest
gatherings (the best of our events for meeting new people...)
and huge, general social extravaganzas (best for seeing those
BYPA members you already know!) In organizing these events, we
aim to give busy young Bostonians the opportunity to try a
variety of activities with their fellow
young professionals
without having to research and plan the activities themselves.
We also strive to maintain our number one priority: creating a
community for the young professional in
Boston.

BostonYPA provides top-notch entertainment, networking and
professional development opportunities geared towards
professionals ages 21-40.
